Records manages, maintains, and disseminates all official police records (incident reports, arrests, accidents, citations, etc.), ensuring data accuracy, secure storage, and compliance with laws. Key responsibilities include processing reports from officers, handling public/agency record requests, supporting investigations with data, preparing court documents, maintaining databases, assisting with property/evidence, and generating and reporting monthly NIBRS crime statistics, all vital for transparency and effective law enforcement operations.
Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
