    Build your bones, strengthen and stretch your muscles in this 45-minute strength training program. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, this class is right for you as modifications are provided for various abilities. Instruction in self-myofascial release with a roller will be demonstrated for those who arrive early. You won't want to miss it! Bring a mat, small hand towel or kitchen towel, and a water bottle. Anyone 60 and older or those with a health risk will need a doctor's note to participate.

    At Girls on the Run we inspire girls to recognize their inner strength and celebrate what makes them one of a kind. Trained coaches lead small teams through our research-based curricula which includes dynamic discussions, activities and running games. Over the course of the ten-week program, girls in 3rd-8th grade develop essential skills to help them navigate their worlds and establish a lifetime appreciation for health and fitness. The program culminates with girls positively impacting their communities through a service project and being physically and emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5K event.

We will stretch, strengthen & balance with a focus on mindful breathing and pranayama practice for stress reduction, relaxation, and equanimity.

    This series will be geared towards the beginner runner. Are you a walker and would like to begin running or would like to add higher interval work to your current running program? Our focus will be to introduce interval training and learning new techniques to maximize a stronger runner. These build up will increase duration of your runs and a great way to push past fitness or weight plateaus.

  20. 50 Plus Fitness

    This program offers strength training, cardio, balance training, and more. The emphasis is on the needs of the exercising older adult, but anyone is welcome. Modifications are provided with options against a wall, using a chair, or lying on the floor. Bring a water bottle; and, if you wish to do exercises lying on the floor (optional), bring a mat and a small hand towel or kitchen towel. Chairs are available for resting and/or balancing.
