Live Christmas trees can be recycled starting Thursday, December 26, 2019 at the Town of Bow, Public Works Building, 12 Robinson Road. 

Christmas trees that are recycled will be chipped into mulch, rather than taking up space forever at the landfill. One tree makes about five pounds of mulch. There is nothing sadder than to see a barren Christmas tree next to a garbage bin. Please bring your tree to us. Trees must be free of decorations, lights and wrappings used to transport them. Look for the sign indicating where to drop off your tree. Trees can be deposited at any time from December 26, 2019 to Wednesday, January 15, 2020.
