Fall is rapidly approaching and it is time to make sure your heating system is ready for cold weather. We respond many times per year for chimney fires, carbon monoxide releases, and furnace malfunctions. Nearly all of these incidents are attributed to lack of preventative maintenance.

As a general rule we recommend all oil burning appliances be serviced annually. Also, any chimney used for burning wood should be cleaned and inspected annually at minimum. Propane or Natural Gas appliances, as with all heating appliances, should be maintained to the manufactures specifications.
