Salary Range is based on a nine step/year progression to top salary.


Insurance: Flexible benefits program, which provides a range of health, life, disability and retirement options. The core program includes family health insurance, a short - and long-term disability program, and a retirement severance program and term life insurance at a rate equal to annual salary (rounded to the nearest thousand).


New Hampshire law requires municipal employees to enroll in New Hampshire's State Retirement System. Contribution levels are set by the Legislature, as required by actuarial studies.

Employees may defer additional salary through payroll deduction for investment in the ICMA Deferred Compensation Retirement Program.

Annual Leave

Accrues according to a schedule based on years of service with the Town.
